Datuk Senasi succeeded in having 94 HATT as the first military hospital to be recognised for surgical training by the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.

Nine surgeons who were trained under Datuk Senasi succeeded, qualifying between 1985 till 1988.

In 1985, under the sponsorship of the Malaysian Armed Forces, Datuk Senasi was sent for endoscopic training in Jutendo University, Tokyo Japan.

Datuk Senasi was also the Surgeon at Arm for than premier Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohammad during the ASEAN meet in Manila.
